| The World Firefighters Games Sydney 2012 has something for everyone - there are 57 sports to choose from! The Games' showcase event is the World's Toughest Firefighter, but competition is not only for elite athletes. Whether your passion is indoor, field or beach sport, once you've registered for the Games you can enter as many individual or team events as you like - the idea is to participate and have some fun! So, as we say in Australia, why not 'have a go' and try something new! An added attraction of the Games program is the opportunity to compete with your family - or, if you're travelling solo, visit our Teams Matching page and link up with fellow firefighters from around the world. Below is a list of sports to help you plan your own World Firefighter Games event calendar. Simply click on a sport that interests you to find information about categories and age groups.
